Refund and Exchange Policies

Effective Date: 03/23/2026

At PoViq, we want you to be completely thrilled with your new British Shorthair apparel! If something isn't quite right, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund rules below.

1. The Golden Rule of Returns: Keep the Hang Tag On!

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • The hang tag MUST still be attached and in place. If the hang tag has been removed, tampered with, or re-attached, we cannot accept the return.

  • The clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any pet hair, odors, or stains.

 

2. Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the date your order was delivered. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased on clearance or during a final sale event.

  • Gift cards.

  • Any item returned without its original outer tag in place.

 

4. How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return, please do not send your purchase back to the fulfillment center without contacting us first.

  1. Email our support team at contact@getpoviq.com with your Order Number and the reason for your return.

  2. If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Original shipping costs calculated at checkout via Shippo are non-refundable.

 

5. Processing Your Refund

Once your return is received and inspected to ensure the outer tag is intact and the item is unworn, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment through our Square checkout system.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account (usually 3-5 business days).

 

6. Exchanges

If you need a different size in the same silly cat design, send us an email at contact@getpoviq.com. Once we receive and inspect your original item (with the tag attached!), we will process the exchange and ship out your new size.
