Do you take custom design requests?

Our shop focuses exclusively on our own original, ready-to-wear apparel featuring our signature British Shorthair cat designs, so we do not take custom orders for the general public. However, we are always open to creative partnerships! If you are a blogger, musician, or influencer interested in a collaboration, we would love to connect. Each product page includes a detailed sizing chart. We recommend comparing those measurements against a piece of clothing you already own and love to ensure the perfect fit.

Absolutely. All direct purchases on our site are processed securely through our Square checkout system. We never see or store your full credit card information.

Why did a product link take me to a different website?

In addition to selling directly through our website, we also list our  apparel on a few external third-party marketplaces. If you click a link that takes you to one of our partner shops, you can still purchase our authentic designs securely through their checkout process!

Where do your items ship from?

We are proudly based out of Irvine, California! All of our apparel ships directly from our local fulfillment space. Once your order is processed and handed off to the carrier, you will receive a tracking link to follow your new cat gear all the way to your doorstep.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place an order, it typically takes 1-3 business days for us to process and pack it. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
